At Zirqua, we are committed to delivering high-quality interior design services that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we are here to work with you toward a fair and timely resolution.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial service delivery.
- Only services that have not been fully rendered or delivered are eligible for refund consideration.
- Refunds are not applicable to completed design work, downloadable materials, or consultations already conducted.
Partial Refunds
In cases where a project is canceled after partial completion, clients may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the percentage of work completed, minus administrative or consultation fees already incurred.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed design packages
- Customized floor plans or layouts
- On-site visits and consultations
- Third-party product purchases made on your behalf
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us by email at [email protected] or call us at (216) 763-3644. Please include your full name, project reference, and a detailed explanation of your refund request.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
